Portfolio

A collection of projects I was involved with. For every one of them I've tried to point out what I was responsible for, and also write a few words about the website itself.

Responsible for

  • Assembling the website based on Drupal CMS
  • XHTML/CSS and Drupal template
  • JQuery powered slider on the home page

One of my current projects. I've cut the PSD files into XHTML and Drupal templates, and made a slider in JQuery on the home page of the site. Other than that I'm working on assembling the website itself using the Drupal CMS system.

Responsible for

  • XHTML and CSS

Cutting the submitted design (for two pages, home and subpage) into a W3C valid XHTML and CSS. The resulting pages work properly in all major browsers, and degrade gracefully on older ones.

Responsible for

  • Coding the website in Ruby on Rails
  • Two language versions
  • Design and XHTML/CSS

The use of Ruby on Rails made making the website quite fast, and also made the two language versions very easily possible. From the visual side, the website's design is very easy, but as it is basically my internet business card, I think that both the simplicity and the "paper" feel are a good fit.

Responsible for

  • Code of the whole website in PHP
  • Connection with Allegro WebApi web service, also in PHP
  • XHTML i CSS of the site
  • CSS of the photo galleries compatible with Allegro template requirements

My last (and also the main) project I was involved in during my few years of cooperation with IQ Labs. Making a good set of tools for the Allegro auction platform was a nice challenge, and connecting the website to Allegro WebApi wasn't an easy task either. If I had to choose, I think I'm most proud of the look and feel of the photo galleries.

Responsible for

  • Design and XHTML/CSS

Few years ago Nowa Gildia was changing the look and engine of their portals, and I was one of the redactors at the Manga and Anime portal, so I was tasked with making its new design and cutting it into XHTML and CSS, which was later used as a base for other portals.
